1. Prices and stock
Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices and stock are shown per branch and can change. Flyer and promotional prices are valid while stocks last at the branch named.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will offer a substitute, a later date or a full refund for that item.
3. Bulk quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise, and are subject to stock at the time of order.
4. Collection
Bring your order reference and ID. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded, less any agreed costs.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas and fees are confirmed at checkout or in your quote. Someone must be on site to receive and check the goods. Please inspect goods on delivery.
6. Returns
Unused goods in resaleable condition may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Cut-to-length sheets, mixed paint and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Payment
Online payments are processed by PayFast. Account and credit customers are subject to separate credit terms.
8. Liability
Product use must follow the manufacturer's instructions and building regulations. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, as far as the law allows.
