How the tills and the website stay in step. The method is confirmed after we review your stock system.
1. Branch till sells an item
The POS records the sale as normal. Staff change nothing.
2. Sync reads the change
Through the POS API, or a scheduled export the system already makes. Typical interval: every 5 to 15 minutes.
3. Website updates stock and price
Per branch. Items at zero stop selling online.
4. Online orders go back
Paid orders reserve stock at once and go to the POS where the system allows it.
